Cape Town Airport Office Park is ideally located on the Airport Approach road and is in walking distance to the main concourse of the Cape Town International Airport. Abland and ACSA have entered into a joined venture to complete the office park (previously known as The Oval) of 14,445m² in phases. Phase 1 will commence with the extension of the existing building from its current 1,800m² to 4,100m². The next phases of the park will be completed by the end of the second quarter of 2012.
