Abland recently completed the third phase of Standard Bank’s Data Recovery Centre of 40,000 m² and Valley View Office Park of 6,000 m².The node is growing rapidly with approximately 25,000 m² of offices currently under development or in the process of being granted rights. Given the increase of the office node, Abland recently constructed the Constantia Boulevard as a secondary access point to provide optimum accessibility to the node.
