Stimela is a landmark mixed-used development on the southern fringe of Johannesburg’s CBD. It offers a ‘City’ in one block comprising offices, retail and hotel in one consolidated development. Located on part of the historical Ferreira’s Camp, the development is arranged around an inner city garden square created to be the focal space of Stimela and hive of retail and public activity.
