Although the office blocks are designed around a Piazza, they have been carefully engineered into H - Shaped buildings allowing for excellent flexibility and optimizing space planning.

The Pivot comprises of 5 office blocks components with 5 distinct entrances. Excellent subdivisable space is also available off the entrance accommodating smaller tenants. Pockets of rentable space range from 250m² to 13 000m².
