Locality

The Pivot is located on the North Western corner of the greater Montecasino development precinct, directly to the East of the main access road to the Montecasino Entertainment Centre.

Access to the Pivot is gained via the Montecasino Boulevard. Montecasino Boulevard can be accessed via Witkoppen Road and offers two points of convenient access into the greater Montecasino development.

Freeway access connecting to the N1 highway is conveniently situated off William Nicol off ramp within two kilometres of the entire Montecasino Precinct.

Further road construction has been approved. Rivonia Road to the North of the N1 highway will link up with Leeukop Road and will also link extend Rivonia Road with Maxwell Drive to the East.
